Path To Enlightenment

“To find enlightenment look inwards and inward only. Rely on yourself and not on the outer.”

                                                     – Buddha

How do we know what is really true or what is false when all of our information has been handed to us?

What can we really believe or who can we believe?

These are some of the questions that have passed by, in my head, throughout my spiritual journey which I am currently still going through.

It all started with me growing up and feeling an emptiness, almost like a chunk of me was missing. I felt a strange void I could not understand. These heavy feelings were bullying me and I let them take control of me for an extended period of time. All at once, I spiraled into spiritual depression. I questioned my purpose on Earth. I felt heavy, weighed down by darkness, and felt sad overall.

Around this time, I was in seventh grade and started looking for the “truth.” Through seeking out inspiring quotes and videos, I began to realize that the only person who can change my situation is me.

At that very moment, my life began to change for the better. I started viewing this world differently. It was like I could see through all of the fake information and lies, not physically, but I could look at the TV and fake news and see that it was staged or to keep people in fear.

In my journey to find the truth, I was looking to find a way out of the matrix of just accepting whatever society told me, especially when the messages from society can kill our creativity, free-thinking, or healthy sense of self.

I wanted to find a way to help ignite people to think differently, to seek out the truth for themselves.

I didn’t want to become a slave to society like others. When referring to the “truth,” I mean, seeking wisdom from within instead of just relying on someone telling me something.

One of my friends introduced me to the artist XXXTentacion and I really connected with his music.  As I listened, I started decoding many of his songs such as Train Food

Pain=BestFriend, King, Riot, and many others. I found strong meanings within the lyrics and the frequencies the music was turned to. This made me dig even deeper. I began to learn about weaponized music.

My definition of weaponized music is the way in which, entertainment industry decision-makers promote the use of lyrics, song topics, and low frequencies to keep us, especially people of color, feeling depressed, oppressed, and ready to turn against each other.

We have to understand that the music we listen to has a strong impact on us. That impact can be negative or positive.

According to www.globalnews.ca, before 1953, 432hz was the main standard for tuning all musical instruments based on the chromatic scale.

Hertz is frequency so basically, it’s how many times the sound waves hit the matter.

Globalnews.ca also reports that, in 1953, 440hz became the ISO 16 standard for tuning all musical instruments based on the chromatic scale. 440hz is believed to be disharmonious to the natural frequencies of nature.

Evolution.com says 432hz is said to unify the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity, and magnetism with biology, the DNA code, and consciousness.

432hz is said to induce a more harmonious experience. On the other hand, 440hz is unnatural and clashes with phi, the universe’s golden mean, and this is thought to cause agitation, aggression, and emotional distress within the human mind. So the frequency of the music that we listen to literally has a direct impact on our emotional and energetic state.

In my journey to learning the truth, I continued studying energy, vibrations, and a lot of other stuff. Albert Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it.”

Of course, I found myself falling down an endless rabbit hole not knowing what to hold onto, picking up on new topics, and became confused about where I should start next.

Eventually, I got really excited and decided to try to explain what I learned to my friends. They thought I was crazy. They called these ideas conspiracy theories. But I was determined so I told myself “push forward and continue, don’t let anyone get in your way or put you down.”

I learned more and more but still wanted to learn more.

The next stop on my path to enlightenment was learning about manifestation. Manifestation is basically bringing something tangible or material into your life through attraction and belief.

For example, if you think and believe it, then it will come through your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.

Studying about manifestation led me to learn about the law of attraction, the pineal gland, and the main seven chakras and their purposes.

According to www.mentalfloss.com, the pineal gland, also known as the third eye, is located deep in the center of the brain and is known for its connection to light. Mystic spiritual traditions suggest that the pineal gland serves as a metaphysical connection between the physical and spiritual worlds.

As I progress on my journey, I learn new things and there is a specific topic that recently crossed my mind: psilocybin therapy and using psychedelics for medical purposes.

So I started research on psychedelics and gained intel on how others perceive these drugs and also on how they could be used to help people on Earth better themselves and fix various modern-day problems. When psilocybin is consumed it is converted in the body to psilocin, which is a chemical with psychoactive properties. I personally feel that magic mushrooms are not for everyone.

According to the Behavioural Wellness Clinic, the state of Oregon has recently collected more than enough signatures for the November ballot to legalize psilocybin mushrooms for therapeutic purposes. Washington D.C advocates are also in the final stages of collecting signatures for a psychedelic decriminalization initiative, after being temporarily set back because of the coronavirus pandemic.

These mushrooms have been used since ancient times for medical and spiritual purposes. In current times, psilocybin has been found to be effective for people with a number of mental health concerns. Psilocybin has been shown to accelerate the healing process in many people for distressing emotional disorders such as depression, OCD, and anxiety.

Psychedelics are something that I never knew or even heard about until I heard the word in one of Spiritual So’s YouTube videos. My main focus of curiosity was only about the natural plant magic mushrooms, not other psychedelics. Magic mushrooms can be an aid for spirituality and can also help with lots of other things when used correctly and responsibly.

Please keep in mind, I do not advocate or suggest the usage of these or any drugs in general. I speak of them for educational purposes and to inform you of some of the benefits and ways these drugs may eventually be used for medical purposes in the future. These drugs can expand our consciousness and forever change the way we perceive things.

Terrence McKenna, an American ethnobotanist once said, “If the words ‘life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness’ don’t include the right to experiment with your own consciousness then the Declaration of Independence isn’t worth the hemp it was written on.”

I encourage you to go deep within yourself and challenge some of your own beliefs. Don’t believe everything you are told and stay true to yourself.

I strongly believe that we are going through a spiritual war. To me, this is a war for controlling and manipulating our consciousness with the goal of keeping the masses of people unaware of their own unique spiritual power and to prevent the masses of people from challenging injustice, corruption, wrong-doing,  and disregard for human life and the environment.

It is up to each one of us to explore and develop our minds and spirits to discover our purpose in life and how we can contribute to making this world more fair, genuine, and inclusive.

When we are on a journey to discover the truth and our own personal power, I believe, we have to be super aware of the food we eat, the music we listen to, the relationships that we have, and the medicines that we may take. All influence our energy, vibration, and consciousness.

Some things will elevate us into our highest good and other things will deter us, disconnect us from our purpose and keep our vibration and awareness in life very low.

Keep researching things for yourself. Seek out great teachers or mentors to help you become your best self.

People who have helped me along my journey are Spiritual So, Ralph Smart, Morcie Anderson, Rizza Islam, Aaron Doubty, Spiritual Tony, Vontoocut, and others.

These people are all inspirational and have helped me realize that the body is a shell, a vessel within which we carry our spirit. When that vessel shatters our life continues, released from the constraints of the terrestrial life, free to explore the vastness of the heavens. A return to the stars from which our life first sprang.

In other words, we are multidimensional beings in a temporary human body. I continue to piece things together in hopes to know more. Every day my goal is to learn and always be in a constant state of evolution.

These teachers also helped me realize that if you don’t have someone to hang on to, you need to be your own rock, be your own savior.

When in doubt make sure to listen to your heart and gut feelings.
