Combining multimedia, statewide curriculum, and benchmarks embedded with Social Emotional Learning (SEL), assists participants in developing academic competencies. This project highlights the voices of youth and their perceptions of the culture in which they live.  Mentored by media industry professionals, youth explore and creatively tell stories that benefit both themselves and the communities they serve through all facets of media.
The objective is to develop the skills needed for youth to offer a narrative which more closely resembles their stories, their communities, and their culture.
